You’re not the only one wondering…

I’m in peri-menopause and not sure if my symptoms are “bad enough.” Should I still reach out?

Yes. Peri-menopause and menopause symptoms often start subtly—aching joints, disrupted sleep, stubborn weight, or feeling unlike yourself. You don’t need to wait until you’re miserable to ask for help. My role is to listen, help you connect the dots, and offer movement and lifestyle strategies that meet you where you are right now.

Do I need to be already active or fit to work with you?

Not at all. Many women I support are restarting movement after years of pain, fatigue, or discouragement. We focus on gentle, faith-rooted progress—not perfection. Every plan is scaled to your current strength, energy, and confidence level.

Is this faith-based? What if I’m still figuring out my faith?

Yes, my coaching is grounded in Christian faith, but I meet you with compassion and respect for where you are. We can include as much or as little explicit spiritual practice as you’re comfortable with. My heart is for you to experience grace, not pressure.

Will you put me on a strict diet or intense workout plan?

No. I don’t believe restrictive diets or punishing workouts are the path to lasting health—especially in this season of your life. Together we’ll create realistic, sustainable rhythms: nourishing food choices, supportive movement, restorative sleep, and stress-reducing practices that serve your hormones and your real life.
